The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company CRYPTOCADEMIA and its customer in the context of the sale of the following services: online courses, online games, and service provisions.

CRYPTOCADEMIA reserves the right to reduce or modify the content of free services without notice.

Access to free services is not limited in time except in the event of cessation of CRYPTOCADEMIA’s commercial activities.

3.2 PAID SERVICES

CRYPTOCADEMIA offers a paid subscription that provides access to games and ownership of a CRYPTOCADEMIA author NFT avatar.

Then, additional paid services are offered that provide access to higher levels of functionality.

Payment for these services is requested at the time of order registration.

CRYPTOCADEMIA offers web design services, web3 development, project management, personalized courses for individuals and professionals, turnkey projects, and NFT design. You can find all the services on the service page of the website.

The prices of the services or products sold are indicated in Euros including tax and are precisely determined in the quote.

The payment conditions and the management of possible payment delays for these services can vary depending on their type and will be specified in the quote.

Examples of payment conditions:

100% at order or 100% on delivery or deposit at order and balance on delivery or deposit and installment payments

CRYPTOCADEMIA offers online knowledge contests through paid registrations. The best participants walk away with gifts.

Article 4: Acknowledgment of a Service Order

The client must create their user account following the instructions on the website. By doing so, they validate the general terms and conditions of sale and automatically gain access to the free services.

The client must be over 18 years old and fill out the form honestly. The account opened is personal and unique.

The client commits to providing truthful identification elements.

The seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example, for any abnormal request, made in bad faith, or for any legitimate reason.

The client must use this same account to place an order for paid services.

Entering Essential Client Data: Clients must provide essential information necessary for the transaction, such as contact details and billing information.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: Before proceeding, clients must agree to the platform’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, confirming their understanding and acceptance.

Order Review and Error Correction: Clients have the opportunity to review their order details and correct any errors before finalizing the order.

The client acknowledges that access to paid services, such as internet access, cannot be guaranteed, and CRYPTOCADEMIA cannot be held responsible for internet connection deficiencies or system failures. This highlights the importance of having a stable internet connection and compatible system requirements for accessing the paid services offered by CRYPTOCADEMIA.

Article 6: Retention of Title Clause

The products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.

Article 7: Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days, with the 14-day countdown starting the day after the contract is concluded or the estimate is validated.

The Client must inform CRYPTOCADEMIA of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal beforehand:

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the context of the following service provisions:

  • The execution of the service is completed before the end of the 14-day period.
  • The price of the service depends on market fluctuations.

Article 8: Force Majeure

The execution of the seller’s obligations under these terms is suspended in the event of a fortuitous occurrence or force majeure that would prevent its execution. The seller will notify the client of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Cryptocademia and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws.

By accessing our products and services, you agree to respect and not circumvent the intellectual property rights held by Cryptocademia. You commit not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works, or exploit in any way any content, in whole or part, without the prior written permission of Cryptocademia.

Any unauthorized use of our content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Article 10: Applicable Law

All clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale operations referred to herein, shall be subject to French law.

Article 11: Complaints, Remedies

  • A delay caused by the client which would result in the impossibility of respecting the agreed deadlines or those prescribed by law.
